Donna is a proud mom of two wonderful children, and completely understand what it means to live an extremely busy and hectic life! I have gone through many struggles, as I'm sure all of you have, and have gone through a huge transformation within the past few years. I earned a BA in Anthropology (the holistic study of humans), a Master’s Degree in Public Health, and am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Mind Body Health Coach. I have experience teaching both academic and health education classes and have conducted research on several health-related issues.  I am very committed and passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals!

I take a holistic approach to health/fitness and believe that it is not a destination, but rather a journey that is unique to each of us. I am excited about helping others along their journey. I am eager to combine my knowledge and experience with my continuous learning of the body’s structure and movement to bring everyone exciting classes and great programs!

Annette Szproch, Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist

Annette was always drawn to yoga from a young age. Her first class was at 14 and she left feeling imprinted with peace and a new found passion. Fast forward to Annette's sophomore year of college in Providence, Rhode Island she started diving into a deeper practice at a local studio. Her practice revolutionized her mind and body.

As Annette's practice evolved she knew sharing this yogic journey with others was the next step. She gained her RYTT 200 hour through Chakra Flow Yoga at Ananta Yoga Studio.  She is currently training to become a massage therapist.

Annette carries these teachings of anatomy and philosophy into her classes. She aims on allowing her students to find freedom within themselves to get a deeper sense of inner peace and understanding through meditation, pranayama and asana practices. Annette also understands the structure and rigidity that comes with everyday life sometimes so incorporating childlike wonder is a key part of Annette's intentions with her students.
