Learn to pack a powerful punch while working up a sweat! This will be a great way to be introduced to cardio kickboxing. We will throw some punches and get your heart rate up by mixing kick boxing techniques, high intensity conditioning, and body weight strength training moves....all while focusing on your core!
In this class we will combine the yoga movements with the breath to create unity. Throughout this class we will challenges our minds and our bodies using the asanas (poses) as the tool. Expect a challenging flow that will get you sweating, strong, flexible, toned and happy. No prior yoga experience necessary!

In this class we will combine the yoga movements with the breath to create unity. Throughout this class we will challenges our minds and our bodies using the asanas (poses) as the tool. We will be focusing on grounding and centering our mind and body through alignment and breathwork. Expect a foundational flow using basic yoga poses. No prior yoga experience necessary!
~Thursdays 10:15AM and 7:00PM
Yin yoga targets deep connective tissue, ligaments and joints. There are fewer poses that are held from 3-5 minutes to allow the body to fully let go into the posture. This inward journey into the body is a great way to find space and release tension.
This practice is a great compliment to more vigorous exercise and Yang yoga practices.
Please bring a blanket
